ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS

 

 

Soil depletion, crop modifications, pollution, toxins. We can't get optimal nutrition with real food any longer, and supplementation has improved to the point that we're wise to include it in our daily nutrition plan.

 

Some nutrients and supplement formulations can make a huge difference in our bodies, but only in dosages that are much higher than you could ever get in real food.

 

I have experimented with dosages and frequency with many supplements, and have come up with a priority list that supports health, immune system, workout recovery, and provides many other benefits.

 

The one thing that I DO NOT encourage are weight-loss supplements. They aren't needed and, in many cases, cause negative health issues.
