Warmup Plus: Easier movements using the stability ball that are not very taxing - loosens up the muscles and joints via movements that stretch and contract lightly.

Balance/Stability: Movements that challenge the body and work the muscles while engaging the core continuously, but it seems more like a game than a workout.

Abs/Core: The movements that make all other ab exercises obsolete! Going just beyond the comfort zone with a progression that uses baby steps and makes you amazed at how fast your body adapts.

Muscle/Strength: Basic muscle/strength training using the stability ball, body movements, dumbbells, asymmetry, and imbalance.
