I assess your current state (body composition, health, physical limitations, imbalances, dysfunction, fitness level) and exercise capability/skill to determine a starting point.


You progress from your current stage to each successively more advanced stage with instruction (in person, or online videos and skype sessions), an exercise progression, and with assessments throughout the process.


You advance to the next stage as soon as you're capable, but not until then. Nutritional guidance, eating plans, supplementation, and resolving health issues are also options that are available as part of your comprehensive program.
